Who we are

These free case studies come from Almost Magic Tech Lab Pty Ltd (AMTL), Sydney, Australia. Questions go to advisory@almostmagic.net.au - a person reads it.

What the web server records

Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes each page request under its own privacy arrangements. Our server logs each request it receives: the connecting address, time, page, response status and size, the page you came from and your browser type. We delete these logs after 14 days. Each night we turn them into totals: page views, PDF downloads, and a rough number of different visitors, counted with a one-way scrambled address that changes every day. The totals contain no addresses. We do not use cookies, third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Facilitator guides

If you ask for a facilitator guide, we use your email address to send you one email with a download link that works for 24 hours. Our records of requests and downloads keep your email address, and the address of your connection, only as one-way scrambled values, so we can count guides without keeping who asked. We do not keep the name or session notes you type into the form after sending the email.

If you tick the updates box, we keep your name and email address in a separate list so we can tell you when a new case study arrives. That is all we use it for. Write to us and we will remove you. Addresses are not sold or shared.
